I believe that there are three things that each of us must work on and strive to attain effectiveness in:
- To serve the Lord with gladness.
- To live life to the max.
- To make a difference for others.
Most often, those who don’t serve the Lord with gladness end up serving the enemies!
Deuteronomy 28:47-48 KJV states: “Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.”
Living the abundant life is your covenant right. You are called and destined to live your life to the max.
As John 10:9-10 KJV says: “I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
Use your opportunities to make a difference for others. You are always where you are for a reason.
Learn to use your opportunities and moments to make a difference for others. God blesses His people to make them a blessing for others.
“Then Mordecai commanded to answer Esther, Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king’s house, more than all the Jews.”
“For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:13-14 KJV)
This is the time to work it. We must arise and work hard at serving the Lord with gladness, living life to the max, and making a difference for others. You are destined for such. You are the man or the woman of the moment. There is a time when we received, but now is our time to give. It’s our time to believe and give; don’t slack, arise, and let us work it; and work it harder!
Stay blessed.
