2 Timothy 4:1-5 KJV — I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; [2] preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
[3] For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; [4] and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. [5] But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
The mandate is Global evangelism, the charge is world missions. There is a call on us to go to the ends of the world and preach the gospel.
The simple strategy to get involved in global missions is Local action with Global perspective. You start where you are with a perspective to make an impact on the globe.
Acts 1:7-8 KJV — And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. [8] But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
The Lord Jesus Christ emphatically stated that He expects each of us to start from where we are, until we reach the ends of the world.
I exhort you to arise and get involved in the attempt to reach the ends of the world telling the untold to a people that have not been reached.

- Start with those with you
- Start with what you have
- Start with the right counsel
This is the time and the place is here and now. You are called to reach the ends of the world starting from where you are. All it takes is local action with Global perspective. Start by witnessing to the people around you knowing that we have a whole world to reach.
Matthew 28:18-20 KJV — And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. [19] Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
The Lord Jesus Christ commanded the church to go to the ends of the world. You can start from Jerusalem, then to Judea, and then to Samaria and to the ends of the world. You can start from here and do it with a quality and value that is cross-cultural.
You don’t have to be a pastor or minister or prophet to be able to preach the gospel. All you have to do is quote a scripture, share your own testimony, and pray for others. The woman of Samaria wasn’t a prophet nor a minister but she was able to get involved. I began to share my testimony a day after I believed. It was possible because all I needed was my testimony. All I needed to say was what the Lord had done for me.
