Leadership demands growth. As 2026 approaches, greater results require greater capacity. God is calling leaders to scale up, not for position, but for impact.
- Scale up intimacy with God. Leadership without God’s presence leads to burnout. Effective leadership flows from spiritual depth, not activity.
- Scale up faith and vision. God-sized assignments require God-sized belief. Fear and small expectations must not define leadership direction.
- Scale up discipline and execution. Vision becomes reality through consistency. Excellence honors God and builds trust with people.
- Scale up service to others. True leadership is stewardship. Influence expands when people are prioritized over power.
- Scale up obedience to God’s instructions. Clarity and acceleration follow obedience. Movement must follow divine direction.
Prayer:
Lord, enlarge leadership capacity. Align hearts, sharpen focus, and release lasting impact in 2026. “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God is with you.” See Joshua 1:9
