Psalm 22:1 KJVS – My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
David cried out in deep pain, feeling abandoned and unheard. Even when God seemed silent and far away, his cry still went up.
There are moments when life feels delayed, answers don’t come, help seems far, and it looks like time has passed you by.
God is never late. Silence is not absence, and delay is not denial. What feels like abandonment is often preparation.
The same Psalm that begins with a cry ends in victory and praise. God showed up, just not on human timing but divine timing.
Key Thought
When it feels late, trust that God is still working. What He starts, He finishes, right on time.
