[1 Kings 18:21 KJV] “And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word”.
When it comes to the matter of faith, this is always important to be decided. You must be decided on what you want. In his days, the prophet Elijah challenged the people to be decided. We cannot hang in the balance anymore. God wants our total commitment and love.
I pray for you that nothing shall take you away from God and that you shall make it through the thick and thin, the dark and sunshine. May the Lord honour your faith! Always remember in dealing with others that ambiguity breeds anxiety. We should always be clear and let others see where we stand so that they can know how to deal with us.
As we start today, let us make the choice. If we choose to serve God, we shall live, if we choose to serve idols we shall die. There is no middle ground, we have a choice to make, but I recommend that we all choose to make God our faith and our rock. In the day of testing, a decided and determined faith will guide you through.
Remember, that the Bible says a double-minded person is a sinner, and cannot receive anything from God.
[James 1:6-8,12 KJV] “But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. [7] For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. [8] A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. [12] Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him”.
May the Lord help us to choose and choose intelligently.
Be blessed, I love you!
