[Acts 3:19 KJV] “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;”
We came into 2020, ignited for the first works. We are trusting God to give us the grace and what it takes to do the first works. We know that it takes faith and works to get results, we are therefore committed to doing the first works and trust for great results.
The truth, however, remains that “by the arm of flesh shall no man prevail,” so we need the times of refreshing and the infilling of the Holy Ghost to be able to step up and do the first works. Therefore, I pray that you shall experience these times of refreshing and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. May you never be dry! Be filled with the fullness of the Holy Ghost.
The simple step and secrets to the infilling and refreshing of the Holy Ghost are to repent and be converted. God will not put new wine into old wineskin. So, if you really want the infilling and fullness of the Spirit, then you must have a change of mind and heart. You must repent and be converted. We need the newness and freshness that comes from the Holy Ghost.
I pray that we shall all find a place of repentance and conversion and may the good Lord bring the change and refreshing that we seek. This is the day and time to seek God with passion and hunger because He fills only those who hunger and thirst after righteousness. God wants to bless us but He is waiting on us to present Him with new wineskins so that He would pour His blessings upon us. The apostles did not mince words when they preached about the times of refreshing, saying “repent and be converted, then your sins shall be blotted out and the times of refreshing shall come from above upon you.” (Acts 3:19)
Be blessed, I love you!
