Beware!

Beware and know that in the last days, perilous times will come. Those days and times are here upon us and as children of God, we must be very careful.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,  Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;  Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away (2 Timothy 3:1-5 KJV)

Here are simple reasons why each one of us must be careful when dealing with people;

1. Men have become lovers of their own selves:

Many of the people of these last days are lovers of themselves. They are selfish and self-centered. Don’t be deceived, as you deal with people, beware that they may not care much as they claim. Put your hope and trust in the son of God. The times are dangerous and perilous.

2. Men would be covetous:

The times have become dangerous because many people have a deep desire for wealth and possession, and they would do the unthinkable. People today will do anything for money unless they are truly regenerated by the word we preach by the gospel. Beware the times are dangerous.

3. Men would be boasters, proud, and blasphemers:

The third reason for this caution is that people of today are boosters and proud. Take the things they say with a pinch of salt. The things people say even in the pulpit may be factually wrong. They may be full of exaggerations.

We live in a day and time when people talk blasphemous things with confidence. Beloved, beware!

4. Disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection:

Hmmm, we are living at the brink of time. Anything can happen now. People are disobedient to parents, unthankful unholy, and without natural affection.

We are living in terrible times. Beware who you discuss your life with. We are dealing with people with a beastly instinct and animal taste. Beware!

5. Trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  Traitors, heady, high-minded:

Look at this! Beware! These days people don’t respect vows. Many lack self-control and despise good. They are heady and high-minded.  Many have expanded their taste and have lost any sense of humility.

6. Lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof:

These are people who love pleasure more than God. They would rather go to the beach than come for a retreat. These are they that have a form of godliness but deny the power thereof. The Bible has only one advise for you, to stay away from such people. They are dangerous beasts. The days are evil and the times are dangerous but God will keep us if we stay away from these dangerous people.

Beware! Most of the people you encounter these days are people with reprobate minds. They are very dangerous beast. Beware!
