[1 Corinthians 6:16 KJV] “What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh”.
Soul tie is a bond that develops between people. It is not an ordinary bond, but a supernatural tie that makes people love others even more than their own souls. This is the kind of bonding that should exist between married couples, but sometimes, it develops between people who are not married to each other.
I exhort you that if you truly want to serve the Lord with passion and wholeheartedly, then beware of unholy soul ties.
Soul ties can be dangerous. It could lead to;
- Manipulation
- Frustration and even depression
- Abuse
- Confusion, and
- Witchcraft
The children of Jacob manipulated and killed the sons of Shechem because he raped their sister Dinah. The Bible tells us in Genesis 34 that when Shechem defiled Dinah, “his souls clave to her”.
Soul ties can also develop through admiration. The Bible tells us in 1 Samuel 18:1-3 that after David killed Goliath, he came to speak with king Saul and the soul of Jonathan was knitted to him. Jonathan loved David so much that their souls were knitted together. Soul ties are real and can be demaging sometimes. May you be freed and empowered to serve the Almighty God.
Another Channel for the development of soul ties are common causes and passion. In Judges 20, the whole of Israel was knit against the city that raped the concubine of the levite.
[Judges 20:11 KJV] “So all the men of Israel were gathered against the city, knit together as one man”.
Friendships, sex, and joined to to a person can lead to soul tie.
[Genesis 34:1-6 KJV] “And Dinah the daughter of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob, went out to see the daughters of the land. [2] And when Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, prince of the country, saw her, he took her, and lay with her, and defiled her. [3] And his soul clave unto Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he loved the damsel, and spake kindly unto the damsel. [4] And Shechem spake unto his father Hamor, saying, Get me this damsel to wife. [5] And Jacob heard that he had defiled Dinah his daughter: now his sons were with his cattle in the field: and Jacob held his peace until they were come. [6] And Hamor the father of Shechem went out unto Jacob to commune with him”.
Becareful, because many destinies have been manipulated and destroyed through illicit sex.
If you have sex with a woman, you are literally having sex with all the people that she has had sex with. A woman’s sexuality has a lot to do with her past and experiences. Let us therefore be careful how we use sex.
An unholy soul tie could lead to manipulation. Many of the times when people have a grip on your soul, they try to manipulate and control you. I pray that you break every unholy soul tie. You can only serve God with passion and wholeheartedly when you break every unholy soul tie.
We have learned that the whole duty of man is to fear the Lord and serve Him in obedience. Indeed, we know that obedience is better than sacrifice. In this year of the Lord, there is a clarion call to serve the Lord with passion and with all that we have. You must give all that you have to serve the Lord with passion. We want to serve God with gladness.
To be able to serve the Lord whole heartedly, you must break every unholy soul ties with the harlot. One of the key things that will help you to serve the Lord the way He wants to be served, is to break off every sexual relationship that ties you to any ungodly woman or man.
The Bible says that, “he that is joined to the harlot is one flesh with her”.
[1 Corinthians 6:16 KJV] “What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh”.
Sexual intercourse binds people; the more you have sex with a person, especially a spiritual person, the more likely it is to be bonded in the flesh. Many destinies have been destroyed because of unholy soul ties that was created through sexual impurities.
I decree now in the name of Jesus Christ that every unholy soul ties be broken. Soul ties with dead relatives, soul ties with former boyfriends or girlfriends, soul ties between twins, soul ties with siblings are broken now!
I invoke the efficacious blood of Jesus Christ to overwrite every unholy soul tie! May the Lord deliver your soul from every bondage! receive I fresh baptism of fire to purge every chain that holds you bound! Be loosed from the chains of darkness!
May the Lord deliver you from anyone to whom your soul is tied! May you rather be one spirit with the Lord! May you never be controlled by evil influences! You will be free to serve the Lord and His purpose for your life! Be blessed.
