It is time to take advantage of the pain. The Bible says, “Saul persecuted the church, therefore those who were scattered, went everywhere…” The church took advantage of the persecution and pain. Those who were scattered went everywhere. The devil scattered them, but they went the extra mile by going everywhere and doing what they were called to do – preaching.
[Acts 8:1-13 KJV] “And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles. [2] And devout men carried Stephen to his burial , and made great lamentation over him.
[3] As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison. [4] Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word. [5] Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. [6] And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. [7] For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them : and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.
[8] And there was great joy in that city. [9] But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one: [10] To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. [11] And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.
[12] But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. [13] Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done”.
The devil scattered them but then they decided to go preaching to other nations. Is the enemy turning the heat on in your life? You need to say to him, “Please, don’t feel too good about yourself, because God is shaking me out of this little place to my Rehoboth!” God is making room somewhere for you. Your struggle is only a catalyst for your journey. The Philistines fought with Isaac over Sitnah and Esek, but God had a plan (See Genesis 26:20-21). He was leading him to Rehoboth. God is making room for you too.
Soon you will be dancing. Judea may be hot, Jerusalem may be hot, but Philippi is waiting for you. You have fire in your bones and Samaria must be touched. Simon, the sorcerer, must lose his grips.
You cannot waste your pain. You’re going to take advantage of your loss and pain and go all out. The devil must regret this.
They can criticize you all they want, but you are coming out of that fire. You have been through hell, but if you’ve come this far, then must go all out. Stay blessed!
I love you;

Praise the Lord!
I’m encouraged to hear that God may be using the current pain to set the stage to get me to my Rehoboth.
I receive grace to do the will of God better when I feel persecuted or in pain.
God richly bless you Bishop.
