He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much. (Luke 16:10 KJV)
Loyalty is first proven in the small, hidden places. Before God hands you the much, He watches what you do with the little, the small assignment, the unnoticed duty, the responsibility nobody is checking. Many are waiting for a big platform while despising the small one already in their hands. But heaven does not promote presentation; heaven promotes faithfulness.
The little you are tempted to overlook is the very examination room for your next level. The real question is not, ‘How much can I do?’ but, ‘Can God trust me with what I already have?’ Be loyal with the small salary, the small congregation, the small business, the borrowed tool. Do the unseen work with the same excellence you would give a great one.
God is not impressed by how loudly you serve; He is moved by how consistently you serve. This July, stop waiting for greatness to arrive before you give your best. Greatness is hidden inside your faithfulness with little. Water the small seed; God will give the great harvest.
Prayer
Father, teach me to be faithful in the little You have placed in my hands. Help me to serve with excellence even when no one is watching. Make me trustworthy with small things, that You may promote me to greater things. I refuse to despise small beginnings. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
