Fear Not! We Have A City Of Refuge

Many are stranded in life because they don’t know or have anywhere to turn to when life dish out a threat to them; but there is a way to better handle the challenges of life.

Today’s Reading 

And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them.  

And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:  

Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?  

The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.  

For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,  

For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.  

And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,  

By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.  

And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.  (Acts 4:23–31 KJV)

There are times when out of the blue, life dishes out threats to you. Some people wake up one morning and all of a sudden cancer, indebtedness, some disease or condition begin to threaten them. Under that circumstance they become confused, not knowing what to do or where to turn. But glory be to God, we have a Prophetic Mountain, and Prophetic Service every Tuesday morning to turn to.

When life issued a threat to the early apostles they turned to their own company. Do you have a company of praying people that you can turn to in the day of affliction?

You don’t have to bear the burden alone. We want to stand with you and your family. God dwells in our assembly, His Spirit dwells in our assembly.

The Bible tells us that They returned and reported to their own company; a company of praying saints. 

When they heard it, they prayed together, they lifted up their voices together and prayed. Join us online, in person, by representative or in spirit every Tuesday morning at the HighCity Cathedral as we lift up a banner of prayer.

They prayed until the place shook. They prayed until there was a manifestation. They prayed until they were empowered to face life, and the threats. As we pray, receive the boldness to face your threats.

They stepped out and with boldness, they declared their faith and God confirmed their words with signs and manifestation. As you go continue to declare your faith, walk by faith and not by sight. What you see may be different from what you expect but continue to declare the Word.
