I want to exhort you on how to generate supernatural results. This I will do by establishing that we do not generate supernatural results because many of us don’t ask or pray about prophecies.
[1 Kings 18:1,41-46 KJV] “And it came to pass after many days, that the word of the Lord came to Elijah in the third year, saying, Go, shew thyself unto Ahab; and I will send rain upon the earth.”[41] “And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain.”
[42] “So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees,”
[43] “And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea.”
“And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing.”
“And he said, Go again seven times. [44] And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand.”
“And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not. [45] And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel. [46] And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.”
Those who generate supernatural results are those who pray. Those who commit their ways to the hands of the Lord. You must ask, seek, and knock for the right doors to be opened to you. When God told Elijah to go and show himself to King Ahab because of the abundance of rain, he also went into the mountain to pray. Most dreams have died because the dreamers did not pray. I exhort you to commit to prayer as Elijah did.
so the following are three simple reasons why you should pray without ceasing;
Pray that you don’t enter into temptation:
We must pray that we don’t enter into temptation because the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. There are temptations at the foot of every mountain and at the top.
[Matthew 26:41 KJV] “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
2. Pray so that you don’t faint:
[Luke 18:1-6 KJV] “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; [2] Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: [3] And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. [4] And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; [5] Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. [6] And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.”
3. Pray for greater revelation, that you will know what is hidden:
[Jeremiah 33:3 KJV] “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”
I believe with all of my heart that prayer is key. Let us arise and pray.
I love you!
