Many of us have been wondering how to stay relevant and make impact in life, the answer is simple:
- Discover
- Develop
- Deploy your gifts and grace to the work of ministry.
Every one of us has talent; you will make impact and stay relevant when you discover, develop, and deploy your gifts and grace to work at a project. Don’t hide your talent, grace, and gift.
By talent, I mean capital or money. There is a talent you are given and I believe that many of the times we ignore these talents because we think they are too little. Sometimes, it is the pennies and pesewas; other times it is the money you spent on those sweets, rags, and junk. Oh how often many of us spent our hard-earned cash on data credit and needless phone calls. Others may be able to be this wasteful buy it must not be you. Maybe you should not spend that money on sweets and fast food. I believe that each of us must focus on using the little resources in a worthwhile venture.
Your grace and gifts are the skills, abilities, opportunities, and doors that open to you by the favour and divine interventions. I pray that you shall be prepared to grab and invest in your graces and gifts. I pray that you will not be caught unprepared and unaware.
Remember, David had a little window of opportunity to fight Goliath and that was it. He was ready, prepared and psyched for the moment. He seized the opportunity and that was it; he was set to rise.
Note also that David came to the palace to stand before King Saul because of his demeanour, skills and intelligence. He was ready to serve the king when they brought him there.
How ready are you, should the king invite you today? Joseph was prepared and ready, and groomed to deliver. He was sharp to interpret dreams and give direction as to what must be done.
The simple secret to make impact and stay relevant is to discover, develop, and deploy your skills.
I love you!
I am discovering, developing and deploying the gifts talents and graces of God. So i am effective in the ministry of Christ.
