Life is dynamic and God is fruitful. God is expecting growth and increase and fruits of us. We must, therefore, grow and be fruitful in every area of life: numerically, capacity, and in reach. If we want to grow the church and see fruits, we must;
1. Have the vision and desire to grow:
There must be a burning desire in our hearts; we must have an earnest desire to grow.
2. Grow and water the grass through study and prayer:
The sheep will gather when the grass is green and fresh. We must work the word, we must give ourselves to the ministry of the word and prayer. The sheep will always stray to where they can find fresh and green grass.
3. Reach-out and bring in the sheep:
We must reach out and bring in the other sheep. Evangelism and outreach is the main feature of growing and blossoming churches. The pastor must take the lead in the work of missions and outreach. Evangelism is the DNA of all megachurches. Every one of us must learn how to lead someone to Christ and the church.
4. Drive and feed them tenderly.
The shepherd must always have a tender touch. You should not over-drive the sheep. Be their shepherd and drive them tenderly.
5. Build the systems and structures and ministries that will sustain the growth and the increase:
In Acts 10, the apostles built the deacons’ structure. Every church will grow when we build the structures. We must learn to build structures.
Every little one must become a thousand and a small one a strong nation.

very succinct Bishop.
I ask for grace to live by this so as to see the desired growth.
