[1 Peter 5:8-11 KJV] “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.“
We shall be dealing with lions in this prophetic session. And we shall discuss WHAT lions are; HOW we end up with the lions; HOW you can move heaven to act swiftly. I have no doubt that God shall redeem you from the claws and ferocious jaws of lions.
WHAT are lions
Satinic power of lions are destructive spirits or any thing, situation or circumstance you are thrown into to devours and eventually consume you. These are destructive spirits. They are projected to devour and to destroy.
HOW many end up with lions
- Most often than not, many end end in the jaws of lions and destructive habits and situations by accident. Many just randomly end up in the claws of lions by accident. The adversary is roaring like a lion seeking whom he may devour…. Job ended up with the lions by shear accident. He said “adversity is like sparks of fire fly randomly up.”
- The second cause is drunkenness or not being sober or vigilant. Sometimes, just a little caution and vigilance can save you from lions and destructive situations. Many more end up with destructive habits and spirits because they were not vigilant.
- The third reason is simply Set-up, many end up in situations that destroy them because of set-up. They are set up by household or inner circle wickedness, Daniel ended up in the lion’s den because his contemporaries were jealous of him. They set him up by suggesting a decree that will trap him. Beware! You may be thriving in the midst of evil.
Moving heaven to act swiftly
- Be aware of the evil that is evidently active all around us and be sober and vigilant. There is so much evil in the world be vigilant.
- Submit yourself under the mighty hand of God; trusting that He will keep you even in the day of danger (See Psalm 91)
- Resist every evil steadfastly in the faith. Don’t die as a fool; fight back! Your hands are not tied. You have power to tread upon serpents and scorpions and over every power of the enemy. Pray and fight the good fight of faith! (See Psalm 58:6)
- Forgive and habour neither bitterness nor grudge! Don’t bear grudge not habour any un-forgiveness towards anyone. God wants to show himself strong. Don’t make yourself a giver of the law
Stay blessed!
