The word of God to us at HighCity is for you to seek first the kingdom and righteousness of God, and all other things shall be added unto you.
[Matthew 6:31-33 KJV] “Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you”.
What is this kingdom? What is the righteousness of God? The kingdom of God is an experience within you. The kingdom of God does not come with observations. The kingdom of God may not be found in a location, it is a supernatural location that a man can experience in his or her heart. by the following keys;
- Believe on the Lord Jesus and keep hope alive
- Be added to the church – Connect
- Continue steadfastly in doctrine and fellowship
- Continue steadfastly in the breaking of bread and prayer
- Network and continue with those who believe what we believe.
- Share your faith, testimony, the gospel, and your resources
- Serve in the church, in the service, in missions
These are simple keys to stepping full swing into the kingdom of God. You will not miss your place. I pray that as we seek and pursue this kingdom together, great change shall begin in our lives. The kingdom of God is the place of abundant peace, joy, and righteousness.
