Acts 13:1-3 KJV — “Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. [2] As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. [3] And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.“
The Bible teaches that as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. In fact, one word from God can change your life forever. One word can transform your life. We need to hear from God and I want to teach on simple secrets to activate your hearing.
There are key steps to the prophetic realms or the realms of visions and dreams. We want to discover how to stir the prophetic realms. You can literally activate the voice of God to speak in your life. The simple steps to stir the prophetic realms include:
- Covet to prophesy or the prophetic gift. The scripture allows us to covet the best gift. When a man is keen on hearing the voice of God, that man will stir the prophetic realms and activate the voice of God.
- Praying: In Jeremiah 33:3, the scriptures reveal that God shows us great and unsearchable things when we call upon Him. Praying is one of the key ways of activating the voice of God in your life. Let us arise to pray. This prayer goes beyond the “by fire, my father” prayers. These are altar prayers that seek to know the mind of God.
- Fast and minister unto the Lord: In Acts 13, as they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Ghost spoke to them. Fasting prepares you to receive the revelations from God. If you want to open the prophetic portals then fast and minister to the Lord.
- Read and Meditate on the Word: The voice of the Lord can be known through His word. Those who mediate on the word of the Lord learn to discern His voice.
- Stir the prophetic realms through singing and worship. You can activate the prophetic realms through worship. When we come before the Lord with singing, He comes down and fellowship with us.
These are simple tips to stir the prophetic realms.
