The Great Invitation

The Bible teaches us that in the last days, the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be exalted above the mountains, and the nations shall flow into it. Many shall also send a great invitation to their friends and families to come to the mountain of the Lord that He will teach and heal us. That is why we send this great invitation to you today.

[Isaiah 2:1‭-‬5 KJV] “The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.”

“And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord , to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more. O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the Lord.”

We have seen the Lord on the mountain and we believe that coming with us to the Super Sunday Service will be the best decision you made this day. This Sunday shall be unto you a Sunday to remember. You will never regret the experience. God is ready to meet you at the point of your need.

In Revelation, I heard the bride say “Come” and the Spirit says “Come”! There is a great invitation that is being sent out by both the church and the Spirit. You cannot joke with the opportunity to have encounters with God. Are you thirsty? Are you hungry? Then come with us to the Hill. We are coming to drink the waters of life freely. Jesus is calling us to live, the church is calling us, and the Spirit is calling us.

[Revelation 22:17 KJV] “And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely”. 

In Luke 14, the poor, maimed, halt and many others who had challenges were invited to the great feast. You can do nothing less, you must come with us to have encounters with the Lord. The banquet is ready and the Lord is waiting on us at the Cathedral, we must go, we must be there and we shall never regret it.

[Luke 14:22‭-‬24 KJV] “And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper”. 

The Bible teaches that when the people heard of what the Lord is doing in town, they came to hear and to be healed of their infirmities.

[Luke 5:15 KJV] “But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.

There are times when we must step out to hear and to be healed. You don’t always have to stay at home waiting. Sometimes you must come out to hear and to be healed.

[Luke 6:17 KJV] “And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases; 

This is a great invitation and we cannot take it for granted. We must respond and travel to have encounters

1. Come with an expectation
2. Come ready to hear and he healed
3. Listen and respond to Amens, and open up to receive.

He that works miracles among us does it by the hearing of faith. As we travel to the Hill, I believe with all of my heart that you will have encounters. Sometimes, it takes more than a single encounter to see change. Sometimes you need multiple encounters.
