Ephesians 5:6 KJV — Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
The Bible is clear on the authority of God’s word. The word of God is spiritual and has established authority; no amount of watering down or window dressing of the word can change it’s authority. The scriptures is clear! Let no man deceive you with vain words; whatever the word of the Lord has said is what will stand not the watered down version of your pastor.
I pray for you that you will take God at His word and not necessarily try to give modern interpretation to ancient text. The word of God is yea and amen! Whatever He has said is what He demands and what will happen. Let us take God seriously and see the change occur. You will not be deceived! You will be directed and led in the paths of righteousness.
The word of God is not a respecter of persons. We must all fall within the standards. If others had to walk the whole distance, don’t think it will be shortened for you. Let us endure the truth and walk in the dimensions of the word. This is the moment and the hour. May the Lord help us to walk by the truth.
