I want to exhort you to read John 3:16 today. I wish you could read it again and again to discover the truth about God’s love. When you read John 3:16, you understand that
God loves the world and will do anything to save her
The love of God is so deep that He will do anything to save the world from pain and destruction. God will give up anything, do anything, and go to any extent just to save the world, our dear world from pain. And destruction. We know that all creation groans under pain waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God. Infact God loves the world so deeply and understands our pain.
God loves the world so much that He gave His only begotten son as a ransom for all
The proof of God’s love is the cross. He gave His only begotten son because without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. God provided his own sacrifice for sin, when he could not find any. God will go to any extent to save the world from pain and destruction. He gave his only begotten so that whosoever believes in him should not perish; but have everlasting life.
Nobody is too far from the saving grace of God.
John is emphatic that whosoever; tall, short, dark, fair, brown, lovely, ugly, sinner, presentable, young, old, poor and rich; whosoever means whosoever believes shall be saved. The love of God is so wide that nobody can go round it, nor jump over it, nor pass under. We can all come to the cross to wash ourselves in the blood of Emmanuel.
How shall we escape pain and destruction when we neglect this great salvation? It’s is not too difficult to receive this love and salvation. It does not matter, how far or low you have drifted. The love of God is wide and deep. All you have to do is believe in the Lord and receive this great salvation.
