[Luke 5:15-16 KJV] “But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities. And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.”
I believe that we all come to that place in life where we need a touch of his supernatural hand and power. There are times when we need his help and miracle. There is always a time when you need a big break in life.
The teachers of the bible however make it look as if there are some things you must do to receive a miracle or a supernatural turnaround. Indeed, there is something that you must do but God does not fit a mathematical model. There are no steps to miracles as it appears.
The one things you must remember is every encounter with the word of God is an opportunity to encounter the supernatural grace of God for the miraculous.
What did the people who recieve miracles in the bible do to have such an encounter? The truth is many of the people who recieved miracles only strategically positioned themselves to have an encounter with the word of God.
Miracles can always happen when you have an encounter with the word of God. The people who work miracles is not the recipient. If anybody has work to do concerning miracles it is God and his servant. All you have to do is to sit at a place where you can have an encounter with his word. What did the Shunammite do to receive a miracle?
What did Hannah do to receive a miracle? What did the widow of Nain do to receive her son back to life? What did the lame man at the gate beautiful do to receive a miracle? All these people do was to strategically position themselves to have an encounter with the word of God.
The Bible tells us that the people came to hear and to be healed. All it takes to step into the arena of miracles; the only step between you and miracles is the encounter with the word of God. You must reposition yourself to hear the word, to believe and obey what it says.
