[Galatians 3:5 KJV] “He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?”
I want to exhort you today on the secret to miracles. This is against the backdrop that we have established that any believer without the evidence of supernatural manifestations is a deceiver. The Bible says in Mark 16 that signs shall follow those who believe the gospel. At least, they shall cast out devils in the name of Jesus, speak with a new tongue, take up serpents, if they drink any deadly poison, it shall not harm them, and they shall lay their hands on the sick and they shall recover.
[Mark 16:17-18 KJV] “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; [18] They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”
Miracles and supernatural manifestations must be as natural as breathing to those who have believed the gospel. Now, we want to go further and discover the simple secrets that lead to miracles. Our text Galatians 3 enlightens us on the secret to miracles. Anyone who desires to walk in miracles and supernatural manifestations must do the following;
1. Understand that God is the miracle worker:
He is the One who ministers the Spirit and works miracles among us. There is no other miracle worker besides God. He is willing and ready to work with anyone who is ready to go into the world and do His will. Anyone who is ready to do His will will see His miracles. That is why when the elders of the Jews tried to stop the apostles from preaching in the name of Jesus; they gathered and prayed and pleaded with the Lord to stretch forth His hand and heal the sick. He is the miracle worker working through and with those who avail themselves.
2. Don’t fake or despise miracles:
Faking and despising miracles are two things God hates. Miracles are God’s own works and a sign of His presence among His creation. We must, therefore, learn to revere miracles.
Secondly, faking miracle is an insult to the integrity and ability of God. Why lie and deceive when God is able and can do all things. We just have to allow Him to do whatever He wants to do, whenever He wants.
3. Listen, believe, and keep speaking the word of faith:
The master key to miracles and supernatural manifestations is confessing the word of faith. We must remember that the word of faith is the principal ingredient in the recipe for miracles. What you hear, believe, speak and act on will determine the miracle that will happen in your life.
I pray for you that you shall believe the word of God when you hear it. I pray that you will both speak and act on the word to bring supernatural change and interventions, and bring breakthroughs to your life!
